The mystery of the missing socks

Tell me, how often do you miss a sock after doing the laundry?

Isn’t it the most annoying thing EVER?

Like, where the heck do they go?

In my case, I cannot count how many hours and brain cells, I have lost in my life looking for missing socks.

And I am not even going to get into the financial aspect of this because I would need a glass of champagne for that, and I can’t get one right now!

Anyway…

One day, after once again losing one of my son’s socks to this unresolved mystery of mankind, I had one of those genius ideas of mine, that earned me my Queen Of Life Hacks title.

I put it into practice and I have not been socks chasing since then. Not a single time.

Bye bye missing socks headaches. Hello stress-free laundry days.

I am going to share this with you, and I want you to forward it to everyone you know that wears socks and has a washing machine, specially if they have kids. They need to know!

So, here we go.

You probably know washing bags.

If not, let me google that for you. (I know, I already used that in the blog post, but you know: YOLO!)

Well, I have one exclusively for socks, and (and that's the genius part of it) it is always IN my laundry bag.

At the end of the day, I directly put my socks in that washing bag.

When I want to actually do the laundry, I just put the washing bag in the washing machine.

Those bitches cannot escape any more, can they?

When the laundry is done, I just need to take the bag out and all the socks that came into the machine also come out of it.

ALL. OF. THEM.

MOUHA. HA. HA. HA.

So, to save yourself money, a lot of time and a huge amount of brain cells, try putting a socks washing bag directly in your laundry bag.

Until next time,

Nazanine
